Techson IP Launches Limestone VIP Program, Gives Large Patent Owners Free Access to its Agentic Monetization Intelligence

AUSTIN, Texas — August 13, 2026 — Techson IP today announced the launch of its Limestone VIP program, its new no-cost due diligence service that provides large patent owners free access to Limestone's industry-leading agentic monetization data across qualifying U.S. portfolios. Rather than charging anything upfront, Techson is compensated only through a results-based success fee if analyzed assets are sold, financed, brokered, or otherwise divested.

Limestone VIP Program is designed for senior IP leaders who need actionable intelligence and defensible administrative decisions — with optional transaction execution — all without standing up new internal IP processes, hiring a new team, or chasing an ever-changing AI tools and subscription landscape. Techson runs its comprehensive Limestone analysis, consults directly with the portfolio owner on the results, and prepares the team for any monetization and maintenance opportunities that follow.

Qualifying participants receive Limestone's agentic dataset: infringement, enforceability, economics, and maintenance analysis at no cost, a benefit valued at up to $750 per processed patent. In exchange, Techson receives a 24-month exclusive or right-of-first refusal on qualifying divested patents and is available to deploy its monetization experts as necessary.

The program is built for large portfolio owners with real scale and optionality requirements. To qualify, patent owners must hold 500 or more active U.S. patent grants and applications, be open to considering the sale of identified patents to operating companies, NPEs, or leveraging them for strategic investment. Participants agree to the 24-month exclusive transaction relationship with Techson on the analyzed patents, with an early opt-out available by paying a discounted per-processed-patent fee.
